The following PC specifications are required to use DentiqGuide.

AI-powered functions require a dedicated NVIDIA or AMD graphics card with at least 2 GB VRAM; 4 GB or more is recommended.

Download the latest DentiqGuide installer from the Download page. Before installation, close any running DentiqGuide windows, extract the downloaded package if necessary, and run the installer. The installation guides on the same page provide step-by-step instructions.

When an update is available, a notification appears in the upper-left area of the DentiqGuide main screen. Open Settings → Update, download the update package, extract it, and run the installer. Save your current work and close DentiqGuide before installing the update.

You can install the complete implant library package from the Download page, or use Library Management in DentiqGuide to select and install only the manufacturers you need.

When a library update is available, DentiqGuide displays an update notification. Open Settings → Libraries, select the manufacturer, and choose the download and install option. Restart DentiqGuide if the updated library does not appear immediately.

Sign in to your DentiqSolution account and open the DentiqGuide purchase page. Korea-based payments are processed through KG Inicis and international payments through PayPal. After a successful payment, the Web License is issued to the account used for the purchase.

This information applies to a Web License purchased from the website. The Web License and purchased credits are added automatically to the DentiqSolution account used for the order. Open License Manager in DentiqGuide and select Refresh if the latest license or credit balance is not displayed. You do not need to register the same purchase manually on the website.

Submit a Dongle License request from the DentiqGuide purchase page. 3DII or an authorized reseller will contact you with the price, delivery information, and next steps.

A receipt is sent automatically to your account email after the purchase is completed. You can also review the order receipt in My Account → Order History.

Your account name, Invoice Name in English, company, and address information are used for invoice details. Check this information in My Account before purchasing. Contact Us if invoice information needs to be corrected or if you need help receiving an invoice.

Submit your request through Contact Us within 7 days of purchase. Include the order number, account email, License ID or Dongle ID, payment method, purchase date, and reason for the request. We will review the order, license, and usage history before confirming eligibility and the refund amount.

• Credit License: A refund may be requested only when no credits have been used. A partially used Credit License is not refundable.
• Annual License: If the term has started, the refundable amount is reviewed based on the remaining valid term.
• Dongle License: A non-defective Dongle may be returned with return shipping paid by the customer. The return method and product condition will be confirmed by support.

If approved, the related license or remaining credits may be deactivated. The completion time depends on the payment provider and review process. Product terms, an order form, contract, or other separate agreement may take precedence.

A Web License is linked to your DentiqSolution account and is authenticated online, so no physical USB key is required. Its device registration limit depends on the license plan.

A Dongle License is authenticated by a physical USB Dongle and can be used on the PC where that Dongle is connected. The Web License device registration limit does not apply to a Dongle, but one physical Dongle can be connected to only one PC at a time.

A Credit plan deducts a defined number of credits when a credit-consuming output or generation task is completed. Credit Web Licenses can be registered on up to 3 PCs.

An Annual plan does not deduct credits. Credit-consuming functions can be used without a credit limit during the valid subscription term. Annual Web Licenses can be registered on 1 PC.

Credit plans deduct credits as follows.

A simple re-export using the same Scan and CT data does not consume credits again. Creating a new Guide Design with the same source data also does not consume credits again. If the Scan, CT, or other source data is modified and the work is processed again, it is treated as a new operation and credits are deducted again.

If you notice an unexpected deduction, send your account email, License ID, approximate work time, function used, balance before and after, and any helpful screenshot through Contact Us. We can review relevant logs and restore credits if an incorrect deduction is confirmed.

No. An Annual License does not deduct credits. You can use functions that normally require credits without a credit limit during the valid Annual License term.
